Hi All! (reprint from yesterday)
in the middle of a crazy weekend,
but just wanted to say,
one year ago today, or tomorrow, when most read this, my buddy tom got some really horrible news,
and so did all of us that were just his friends and co workers,

so to this day,
I know alot of people have taken off their 'tomstrong' bracelets now that you are doing well,
but I have to say,
I continue to wear mine,

to me,
the tye dye circular bracelet is a metaphor of tom,

surrounded by a vast array of different personalities, generations, walks of life, and ways of thought,
but still all in a circle, surrounding our friend,
and symbolizing that friendship, and love, and good times
abound if you are
surrounded by people who love you,

kinda ramblin'
sorry,
but it has come full circle,
and now more than ever,
I wear my bracelet to keep reminding me of all these people,
some, alot,
who I have never met,
but feel kindred to.
all these people,
and mostly tom,
who beleive in miracles and friends and family..............
xoxoxoxoxoxoxox alllllll!

I raise my bracelet to you all today!

what's a year, anyway?
365 days ago; 52 weeks ago; about 7 trade shows ago; about 437 beers ago; about 19 sets of strings ago; 24 plane rides ago; many very late nights ago; 6 or 7 great rock shows ago; 103 guitar picks ago; 2 speeding tickets ago; 1 home move ago; 3 kids report cards ago; 15 hikes in the forest ago; 3 fishing trips ago; 1 flat tire ago; 80+ hotel beds ago...

Whatever this trip we're on is called, I am glad to have shared in this experience with ya, TC! We didn't feel the physical pain, (although we would have, if we could have) but we all share in the personal gain. You and everyone who has rebounded and made it back to full strength, are our heros. Props to Casey, too! Now, 5 years is sumthin!
Keep on, keepin' on. Can I get a HELL, YEAH, everybody? The future never looked so bright!
